This community makes me safe and comfortable. It's so clean and well kept. Everyone is very friendly and it's definitely a kid friendly place. I would definitely recommend this place for your family! They put in 110% in what they do here!!
I could write a whole book about Colonial Courts and owners but I'll try and keep it short we have been here for almost 4 years this July we have never had a safer, clean, friendly place to live in such a long time! My kids are safe and they love that the park is like 3 minutes away! The owners are AMAZING PEOPLE, and wonderful family that my little family just adores. Good or rough times for my family the owners has always had an open mind and love in their hearts! Without them we would be probably somewhere rougher, dirty, non friendly people and I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. Colonial Courts is not just a place we stay but we can actually live and enjoy! We are all family thru Christ and we sure up hold that here! Thank you to the owners and the team for not just doing bare minimum but going beyond extrodnary everyday!
If I could half a star it would be to much terrible experience here so sad. The people in park generally good people ownership management I can only say WOW!!!!!! Negative stars
Moving into this community has been the most amazing experience my family has been through. We never thought we'd be able to own anything especially our own place and the owners made it possible for us. Couldn't have done all this without them! They have fixed up our home so nice and are still continuing to replace things as the weather starts to warm. We are getting all the windows replaced and a new deck built. They come over and fix anything I need done right away. They are amazing people.
Would not recomend this place to anyone if i could give zero stars i would. The owners are psychotic they walk in whenever they please. If you make them mad they will cut your AC units power. They harrass tenants constantly calling names like children. They let mold grow in the trailers and do nothing but cover it up they only fix things if they like you. They took the breaker from our AC unit knowing i have an asmatic 3 year old who can not be in extreme heat they then denied it and used that as an excuse to a lawyer for breaking into our home and taking photos. Little did they know i have them on recording the entire time. They are not trust worthy the landlord is a backstabber who goes telling everyone your bussiness. It is not a safe home at all.
I have only been here for 4 months and i have enjoyed it greatly. If you are looking for a great community this is the place for your family. The owners care extremely about who they let live here cause they care about the children and your family. I am moving not because i do not like it here but because me and my husband have repaired our marriage. I am breaking my lease early and when i told them they were happy for me. Again they truly care about your family and building a great community with great people. I highly recommend living here.
